The Subject Bibliography view shows either a list of formatted references grouped by headings, or a list of terms. You can change the display, or print it, using the following buttons available on the window:
Output Style: Use the Output Style list in the top left corner to select a style for formatted references. Only the styles selected as "favorites" are listed. If the style you want to use is not listed, choose Select Another Style. If you are displaying a simple list of terms, and not formatted references, this item is ignored.
Layout: Click Layout to access a tabbed dialog that allows you to customize the formatting of your subject bibliography or subject list.
The References tab determines the output style used for formatting references, the reference list title, and the bibliography sort order.
The Terms tab determines whether you are printing a subject list or full subject bibliography, whether to include term counts and/or record IDs, how to sort subject terms, whether to insert text or punctuation before or after terms, and how to apply styles to terms.
The Page Layout Tab determines the font and size of subject headings, page margins, and page number positioning.
The Bibliography Layout Tab allows you to insert text before or after each formatted reference, set a hanging indent, and set a starting reference number for numbering references.
Terms: Click Terms to modify the term selections, to either add or remove terms from the selected field(s). If you want to select a different EndNote field, you must Close the preview and select Subject Bibliography again from the Tools menu.
Print Preview: Click Print Preview to display a formatted page view.
Print: Click Print to display a Print dialog. Verify settings and click OK or Print to send the list to your printer.
Save As : Click Save As to save to a disk file (Text, RTF, or HTML). A dialog appears for you to name the file. Select the file type, name and place the file, and click Save.
Close: Click Close to close the Subject Bibliography window when you are done viewing it.
